FAQ

How much does each session cost?

Each 50 minute in-person or online psychotherapy session is $200. This includes the initial session.

Do you accept insurance?

We are not on any insurance panels at this time, but you may contact your insurance provider and ask if they will accept a "superbill from an out-of-network provider." Many of our clients choose this route and get reimbursed through their insurance after our sessions. You can also use this link to check your specific insurance plan's reimbursement rate to help streamline this process (Don't worry about the therapists name, the amount will be the same for any of our therapists):

What states do you practice in?

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

How often do we meet for therapy sessions?

We typically meet weekly or every other week at the beginning of treatment. However, the frequency is as often as once a week and as seldom as once per month. Any more frequent, the individual typically requires a higher level of care.. and any less, it is difficult to make progress.

What can I expect in my first session?

It is a lot of us getting to know you! We ask you a lot of questions about your life including: Your upbringing, culture, hobbies, work, school, significant relationships, current symptoms, and more. In learning more about you, we are far better able to help you move towards your goals.
